Understand RCGW geometry and selection limits
What distinguishes RCGW
Base configuration
Partly cylindrical hole with a single-side countersink; no chipbreaker in the base type.
Tolerance symbol G identifies a class. Use the applicable product drawing for acceptance limits.
Resolve the round-insert code first
The 4 inherited RCGW entries end in ordinary corner-radius digits. ISCAR’s round-insert convention uses M0 or 00 in that position. The old “360° nose angle”, fixed corner count and separate corner-radius answers are not carried into this edition.
Read the full marking, including M0/00 and any maker-specific suffix. Obtain diameter, thickness, seating and permitted indexing from the manufacturer drawing. We do not silently replace a questioned code with a similarly spelled product.

Shape, clearance, configuration and nominal code tables only. No grade, usable-edge count, catalogue availability or acceptance tolerances inferred. Values labeled “code table” are interpretations of a designation, not measurements of a delivered product. Product-row values are reported separately, including differences in printed precision.
